From the moment I met Maria & Ryan for their New England engagement session, I knew they were my kind of people. Their session was full of warm laughter and heartfelt smiles. Pair that with the backdrop of The George Eastman Gardens and the New England fall foliage, and it was pure perfection.
Maria & Ryan fell in love with the architecture of the gardens and mansion. The classic columns of the font of the mansion and the romantic arches throughout the gardens caught the eye of Maria, and she knew this location was perfect for their New England engagement portraits. The pop of color from the foliage created the perfect backdrop when paired with the early afternoon sun.
With Fall engagement sessions in New England, you never know what kind of weather to expect. With Maria and Ryan’s engagement session, the weather was an absolute dream. The sun was shining, the leaves had begun to change color, and it was pleasantly warm.
When I mentioned that Maria and Ryan’s engagement session was full of laughter, I meant it. It didn’t take much for them to burst out in giggles. Maria & Ryan had a way of bringing out the best in each other so effortlessly.
I love how Maria chose to wear neutral colors for her New England engagement session. The neutrals against the colorful background of fall foliage really allowed Maria to stand out amongst the garden. I especially loved how the pleats on her heels matched the pleats on her dress.
I love that Maria and Ryan chose to pop some champagne during their New England engagement session. Popping champagne is the perfect way to set a celebratory & fun mood for your session. It’s also the perfect opportunity for fun candid photographs.
