Most women who step into my studio are doing something that feels deeply personal. They are allowing themselves to be seen in a way they usually aren’t. Because of that, many of my clients choose to keep their images private, and I completely understand why. Their comfort always comes first.
At the same time, photography is visual by nature. In order for future clients to connect with my work, I need current images to share throughout the year, images that reflect real women, real stories, and the way my work continues to evolve. That’s where model calls come in.
A boudoir model call is an opportunity for women to receive a waived session fee, a $475 savings, in exchange for signing a model release allowing images from their session to be shared publicly. These sessions help me keep my portfolio, website, and social media current while also creating space for women who may have been considering a session for a long time, but needed a little extra encouragement to finally say yes.
And despite the name, these sessions are not for “models.”
They’re for real women. The kind who have followed along quietly for months, sometimes years, wondering if they could actually do something like this themselves. Sometimes the added savings is simply the thing that makes the experience feel a little more within reach.

What Exactly Is A Boudoir Model Call?
A boudoir model call is a discounted boudoir experience where the session fee is waived in exchange for a signed model release. That release gives me permission to share images from your session on my website, social media, blog posts, studio samples, and other marketing materials.
For my model calls, that means a $475 savings.
The experience itself is still the same luxury boudoir session I offer all of my clients. The only difference is that your images can be used publicly.
Do I Need To Invest In My Photos After My Session?
If you don’t feel that you can invest in this experience at this time, I would wait until you can do so comfortably. Your images deserve to be preserved in a way that feels meaningful to you, and I want you to fully enjoy the experience without hesitation or stress surrounding the investment afterward.
Do I Need To Bring My Own Outfits?
You are absolutely welcome to bring your own lingerie or outfits that make you feel beautiful. I also offer a curated client wardrobe with lingerie, robes, bodysuits, and accessories available to use during your session.
Most clients end up doing a mix of both. Together, we’ll create looks that feel elevated, timeless, and still very much like you.
Can I Bring A Friend With Me?
To maintain the intimate and relaxed atmosphere of your session, I kindly ask that only you attend.
I’ve found that boudoir is one of those experiences where women settle into the process much more naturally when they aren’t worried about how they’re being perceived by someone else in the room. The studio becomes a quieter, more personal space that way.
I’m On The Fence About My Photos Being Shared – What Should I Do?
Your comfort comes first.
After the session, we’ll decide together which images can be shared publicly. Many clients choose anonymous images where their face is not shown, while others are comfortable sharing more openly.
There is never pressure to share anything you don’t feel good about.
How Long Does The Experience Take?
Your boudoir experience is designed to feel relaxed and unhurried. Most sessions are a full-day experience, typically taking place between 9-5, including professional hair and makeup, your session itself, and your same-day reveal and ordering appointment.
I never want the day to feel rushed.
Do You Offer Payment Plans?
Absolutely. I offer flexible, interest-free payment plans for up to six months.
Whether you’re investing in a full album or a smaller collection of prints and digitals, we can create a plan that works for you so you never have to compromise on preserving your images in a meaningful way.
Do I Need To Be A Model?
Not even a little.
The women you see throughout my portfolio are teachers, nurses, brides, moms, business owners, healthcare workers, and women who swore to me they were awkward in front of the camera before their session started.
You do not need experience.
You do not need to know how to pose.
You do not need to change your body before booking.
You simply need to show up.
Everything else, posing, expression, styling, guidance, is something I walk you through step by step.
Why Do You Run Model Calls?
Because most boudoir clients choose to keep their images private.
Boudoir is intimate by nature, and I never want anyone to feel pressured into sharing photos they aren’t comfortable sharing. But because photography is such a visual experience, I also need current work to showcase so future clients can see themselves reflected in my portfolio.
Model calls allow me to continue updating my work with real women and real sessions throughout the year.
