In early August, the sun smiled down on the picturesque grounds of Oak Hill Country Club, setting the stage for Mary and Tucker’s unforgettable wedding day. The day was filled with love, laughter, and surprises that kept their family and friends on the dance floor all night.
Oak Hill Country Club Wedding | A Home Away From Home
When asked why they chose Oak Hill Country Club as the backdrop of their celebration, Mary had this to say: “Oak Hill holds such a special place in my heart. It’s where I have had some of my favorite family meals, unfortunate rounds of golf, and snowy Winter walks with friends. It’s also one of the first, and only, places I was able to show off to Tuck during the time in which we met, so we filled our days with outdoor activities there, and he felt a similar pull to the traditional club house and sprawling greens. We really didn’t consider anywhere else. My great, great grandfather planted the Oak Trees that laid the outline for our aisle on the Hill of Fame. We considered a few other wedding venues outside of Rochester, but ultimately decided Oak Hill was home.”
After their ceremony wrapped up, Mary and Tucker were greeted with cocktails. They were then whisked away for some portraits and alone time before joining guests at cocktail hour.

As the night continued, guests were invited outside to the terrace, where a surprise awaited them – a breathtaking fireworks display that lit up the night sky.
But the surprises didn’t end there. After the last firework faded, everyone was invited back under the tent. And then, it happened – a spectacular disco ball drop that showered the dance floor with shimmering light. The energy was electric as Mary, Tucker, and their guests danced the night away.
