The vision for this bridal boudoir editorial gathered some of the most talented vendors from the Rochester area to create a romantic, candle-lit scene full of fresh florals.
We were striving for an intimate aesthetic complemented by bridal and boudoir accessories. A flawless bridal boudoir beauty look by Dominique Fess and Angelina Palermo and elegant florals by Tarry Grove are just a sampling of the talent included in this gallery.
Florist, Tarry Grove, designed two different wearable floral installations for this bridal boudoir editorial. The first is seen as a hairpiece in Ally’s hair, and the second is worn on her left shoulder.
Ally wore a white bodysuit with floral lace for the editorial. She accessorized with a sheer floral lace robe and bridal veil with floral and ivy lace trim- tying together the romantic theme of fresh florals.
Long stems of white Delphiniums and a bridal bouquet of white roses were used throughout the shoot. I love using fresh flowers in all of my boudoir shoots, especially bridal shoots. They add a touch of elegance to all the portraits. For this editorial, I love how the long stems of white Delphiniums define Ally’s curves. They also gave the portraits a pop of color against the neutral backdrop of the Divinity Estates bridal suite.
